We have another campaign ready to launch in January, which was originally for November but with the delays of this campaign we did not want to release it before sending everything.

ante todo pedimos disculpa a los backers que tenían la escenografía incluida en sus pledge, hemos tenido muchos problemas con la fabricación ya que era la primera vez que lo hacíamos y nos hemos encontrado muchas trabas por la primera empresa que buscamos y con la última empresa que finalmente nos lo ha fabricado.
ya se han enviado todo excepto el pack de torre y muro que nos lo mandaron y faltaba una pieza que nos vendrá esta semana y enviaremos a los últimos 8 backers esa parte que les falta, que se le enviara un correo electrónico cuando este enviado.
tenemos otra campaña lista para ponerla en marcha en Enero, que en principio era para noviembre pero con los retrasos de esta campaña no queríamos sacarla antes de enviar todo

We would like to begin by offering our sincere apologies to all the backers who selected PVC scenery. We are a company committed to punctuality and the satisfaction of our backers, and we deeply regret that on this occasion, we have not been able to fulfill our delivery promises.
This project marks our initial venture into production with this type of material. Initially, we had entrusted an external company for its manufacturing. Unfortunately, that company, for reasons we have been unable to comprehend, decided to disassociate from our project, causing the delay in delivery.
We want you to know that we have taken immediate steps to rectify this situation. We have established a new partnership with a trusted company that has pledged to provide us with the necessary material within a 15-day timeframe. Once we receive this material, we will promptly proceed to prepare the orders and dispatch them to all our backers.
We understand that this delay has been frustrating and disappointing for you, and we thank you for your understanding and patience. We are committed to fulfilling our obligations and ensuring that this experience does not tarnish our reputation for delivering on our promises in future projects.

Queremos comenzar ofreciendo nuestras sinceras disculpas a todos los Mecenas que seleccionaron la escenografía en PVC.
Somos una empresa comprometida con la puntualidad y la satisfacción de nuestros Mecenas, y lamentamos profundamente que en esta ocasión no hayamos cumplido con nuestras promesas de entrega.
Este proyecto representa nuestra primera incursión en la producción con este tipo de material. Inicialmente, habíamos confiado en una empresa externa para su fabricación. ya han salido de nuestro almacén mas del 80% de los envíos, la semana que viene queremos enviar todos los pedidos que no han tenido escenografía, durante el mes de agosto la empresa que nos tenia que fabricar las casa de pvc ha estado cerrado.
La semana que viene nos envían el producto final, así que cuando nos llegue prepararemos los envíos restantes
